        9:30-10:45a.m.**  Your Yoga/Restorative  Robyn

Your Yoga: This class will focus on meditation, making that connection to a higher power, connecting to your breath, and listening … really listening to your body.  Using the connectedness to move your body how it needs to move, letting go of how you think it should move.  This is an awareness that many people have never experienced.  We are so programmed to take care of everyone else, that we forget about taking care of ourselves. When the truth is … the better care we take of ourselves, the better we will be able to care for our loved ones.  This class is not a P.E. class, about maintaining the burn, losing weight,  how flexible you are, or how far you can get in any of the postures.  This is a sweet, compassionate class, about listening, breathing, and paying attention to YOU.  If you are feeling the need to connect … give this yoga class a try. 

RestorativeThese soothing and well-supported poses offer the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of your life. Moving into a peaceful state of deep relaxation provides the body an opportunity to renew and heal, rest for your body, stretching your muscles, lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, and calming your nervous system, in addition to naturally releasing and working toward the ability to let go of deeply held tension and stress.  Yoga is about balance and the flow of energy within, learning to use that energy to the greatest benefit, discovering who you are and the abilities that reside within to create a healthier, healing person.  Meditation in movement.  Again, If you are feeling the need to connect … give this yoga class a try. 


First and Third Saturday of the Month

A class for everyone. Just starting a yoga practice or experienced.





6:30– 7:15 a.m. Morning Breath and Stretch Sheree




5:15– 6:30p.m. Beginner  Sheree

Beginner:  We will begin with a brief "quiet" time, so join us for some relaxation, stretching, and strengthening. Come, take a few minutes to let go of the day … take time to renew and restore. Class includes:  Meditation, breathing practice, basic postures, with a focus on strengthening and conditioning for the low back.  So … even if you have been practicing yoga for a while, this class will be beneficial for you.
